From takeoff to the last bundle on the truck
Most of the work on this page started the same way: a set of drawings, a schedule that was already tight, and a general contractor who needed to know what the steel would cost and when it would show up. Our estimating and detailing team takes the drawings off, flags the details that tend to hold jobs up, and gets a number back while the bid is still live.
Fabrication happens in our own shop, so the schedule is ours to keep rather than something we pass along to a third party. Rebar is cut, bent, bundled and tagged by placement so the crew on the deck can find what they need without opening every bundle. Structural members are fabricated, marked and loaded in the order they will be erected.
Because we are local, we can turn around a change without a freight conversation. A revised beam, an extra bundle of dowels or a run of culvert pipe goes on the next truck heading your direction.
Three product lines, one delivery
Attractions in Branson, campus buildings at College of the Ozarks, condos, restaurants and commercial shells around Springfield — the mix changes, the scope usually does not.
- Structural steel
Beams, columns, stairs, railings, lintels, bollards, light-gauge framing and decking, fabricated to the approved shop drawings.
- Rebar fabrication
Grade 40 and Grade 60 bar, epoxy coated, galvanized and weldable, cut and bent to the schedule and tagged for placement.
- Culverts
Pipe, bands and end sections for driveways, road crossings and site drainage, sized and cut before it leaves the yard.
