Steady work, close to home
DeVille Steel is a fabricator, not a jobsite contractor. The work happens in our shop and yard and on our own trucks, which means our crews are home at the end of the day instead of chasing per diem across three states. The jobs we supply are the ones you drive past — attractions in Branson, buildings on campus in Point Lookout, commercial shells around Springfield.
We have been fabricating structural steel, rebar and culverts since 1988, and a lot of the shop has been here a long time. New hires learn from people who have run the equipment for years, and there is room to move from the shop floor into fabrication, detailing, dispatch or operations.
